A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We dispatch Mastic Beach units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Mastic Beach, NY kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Mastic Beach roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Removal in Mastic Beach isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Mastic Beach, NY, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Mastic Beach, NY warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Anyone in Mastic Beach who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Mastic Beach call at a time.
The most expensive Mastic Beach restoration jobs we run almost never started as a dramatic flood; they started as something small that got put off. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Mastic Beach line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
We size the Mastic Beach response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Mastic Beach property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Mastic Beach, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Mastic Beach properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Mastic Beach crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
On top of standard drying, our Mastic Beach crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.
Our Mastic Beach, NY warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a Mastic Beach tech at your door inside an hour.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a Mastic Beach job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
Tell our Mastic Beach dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
Our nearest available Mastic Beach crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Every Mastic Beach job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line — it's written into every Mastic Beach work order we issue. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
